Production Estimating Program for 750C-II, 850C-II, 950C and 1050C Crawler Dozers Spreading Truck Transported Material

ESTIMATING PURPOSES ONLY

Enter data in shaded cells according to instructions Place cursor over red triangles for information.
  Use tab key
A. Truck payload, from 12 to 35 loose cubic yards:
Use average payload if truck size varies. The width of the spoil pile will vary according to payload.
The estimator calculates using the width of the spoil pile moved forward rectangularly at the
desired lift. Larger payloads require more spreading distance but fewer transitions from spoil
pile to spoil pile.

B. Lift required in inches:
Enter thickness of spread material.

C. Distance lift starts beyond front edge of stockpile in feet: Leave blank if it does not apply.
On some jobsites, material cannot be off-loaded at the point it will be spread. In this case enter
the average distance from the spoil pile to where the lift begins.

D. Adverse Grade Percent: Leave blank if it does not apply.
If pushing uphill, enter the percent (from 1 to 30) in whole numbers.

E. Adjustment for non-average material:
Enter an x in the shaded cell to any of the following conditions that apply.
Heavy, over 2,800 lb. Per LCY:
  Sticky:
  Very dry and non-cohesive:

F. Operator Skill
Enter an x in the shaded cell that applies.
